Cancellation Policy

Right to Cancel
You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed for shipping.
Due to our automated processing system, orders begin preparation immediately after they are placed. This means cancellation is only possible if the items have not yet entered the shipping process.

Consequences of Cancellation
If your cancellation request is approved, we will refund all payments received, excluding delivery costs unless you selected a shipping method other than our standard option. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive and confirm your cancellation and the returned goods, if applicable.
